Mechanical Electrolyzer Engineer – Expression of Interest

Electrolyzer and fuel cell businesses we are working with are seeking dynamic professionals with a passion for innovation and a solid background in designing, fabricating, and integrating complex multi-component systems. If you have the skills and experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial experience
• Expertise in mechatronics, gas/fluid handling, sensing, energy storage, robotics, or similar systems
• Hands-on project experience in materials selection, machining, additive manufacturing, and assembly

Role Overview:

• Design, build, and test hydrogen technology subsystems using CAD and machine shop tools
• Ensure seamless integration of subsystems in MVPs and prototypes
• Interface with external part fabrication (e.g., part drawings, tolerances)
• Develop and enhance in-house machining capabilities
• Specify, downselect, and modify COTS components
• Create BOMs for mechanical and electrical systems
• Develop process flow diagrams, models, and simulations
• Validate subsystems through CFD, thermal, and structural simulations
